- Letter from Don Galluzzi, of Don Orione’s Little Divine Work of Providence, to General Giuseppe Zambarbieri concerning the possibility of transferring the ashes of Captain Federigo Caprilli from the Cacherano di Bricherasio Family Chapel in Fubine, 1967
It emerges that the transfer could not be granted as “(…) the dear Countess Sofia (…), deeply attached to Caprilli, in 1950 wished to be buried as close to him as possible (…)”
Mention is also made of the transfer of the embalmed remains of Caprilli’s horse, Cromwell, from Palazzo Bricherasio in Turin to the Cavalry Museum in Pinerolo.
